Where to ask for help:
Please ask at the Reference Desk on the Union side of the building to get help finding information, for the semester's GALILEO password, or for interlibrary loan.
Use the Circulation Desk at the library entrance to check in and check out materials, for materials put on Reserve by professors, to pay for printing, or if no staff are available in the Reference Area.
During its service hours, computer/foreign language software and e-mail questions may be asked at the Library Computer Lab Desk.
For faculty-use audiovisual equipment scheduling,
laminating, and/or graphics production/poster designs, contact Media (389-4338). NOTE: AV
equipment is in limited supply--please take care of what you borrow as a replacement may
not be readily available.
For videotaping and tape duplication (audio or videotape) requests, faculty should contact
Delectia Vickers at 389-4337.
Assistance with GSAMS scheduling, instructional technology (IT), Web page design, or
distance learning questions is available from IT/GSAMS Support (389-4448).
